Indonesia Clearing House (ICH) has been officially registered as a Money Market and Foreign Exchange Futures Clearing Institution (PUVA) by Bank Indonesia. This is stated in Bank Indonesia's letter No. 27/301/DPPK/Str/B to Indonesia Clearing House (ICH)

In the context of futures trading, clearing is a crucial process that ensures financial transactions run smoothly and securely. If an exchange is where buy-sell transactions occur, the clearing house is responsible for facilitating the guarantee and settlement of those transactions.

Indonesia Commodity & Derivatives Exchange (ICDX) and Indonesia Clearing House (ICH) have provided a response regarding the transition of regulation and supervision of Financial Derivatives from the Commodity Futures Trading Regulatory Agency (Bappebti) to the Financial Services Authority (OJK) and Bank Indonesia (BI).
