Logistic Overview

ICH logistics is responsible for ensuring and monitoring all activities related to physical delivery settlement of transactions executed at ICDX. After commodities are traded on the exchange, logistics is responsible for ensuring the safety of commodities for export or domestic from the seller to the process of delivering commodities to buyers.

In the logistics process, ICH manages various documents, such as bills of lading, quality certificates, and ownership documents. All these documents are used as the basis for validating transactions and guaranteeing legal certainty for the parties involved.

This logistics function also involves managing risks that may arise during the shipping process, such as damage, loss, or delay. ICH will provide insurance or additional protection to minimize potential losses that may occur.

If disputes arise regarding the quality or quantity of goods received, the clearinghouse will act as a mediator. ICH will conduct a thorough investigation based on documents and inspection reports to ensure that the settlement is fair.
